The North Pole is far away! Yes, you will need access to the internet for your visit.

You can have your visit on your computer, tablet or mobile device. However, we recommend a computer for the best experience with Santa.

All children are welcome to join the call, but the experience is best for ages 2 and up.

Your visit with Santa will be 2-3 minutes in length.

It's easy and fun! Simply complete the purchase on our website and check the box that indicates the item is a gift. We don't want to spoil the holiday surprise, so the receipt will be sent to the purchaser's email address. You can then forward your gift and the information on to the lucky recipient.

Yes, however, with so many children to visit, Santa has to stay on schedule to make sure he's ready for Christmas. For more than two children, we'd recommend booking multiple appointments.

We recommend logging on 10 minutes before your scheduled time with Santa so you're ready to go! Please be sure to test your sound and video before your session.

Of course! Santa loves meeting with good pets too!

Simply return to the website and place an order for the additional items you'd like to have.

If you know you will not be available for your scheduled time, please contact info@kringleminglefun.com and we will attempt to reschedule you. However, if all of Santa's time is filled, we will make arrangements for him to send a personalized recorded message to your children.

Unfortunately, Santa's schedule is very busy. If you miss your appointment, you will need to purchase and schedule a new session with Santa. Refunds for missed appointments will not be provided.

The Santa visits will take place on Zoom.

Yes, you will need to have Zoom installed and accessible on your device. We recommend installing the app and any updates well before your call to ensure you're ready to go.

After your purchase, you will receive a confirmation email with a link for your session. Ten minutes before your scheduled session time, simply click the link to join. You will be placed into a virtual waiting room until it is your turn, and Santa's Helpers will admit you to the session when it's time.

All calls are scheduled in Central Standard Time.

If you'd like, yes! PJ's, holiday attire or your everyday clothes are perfectly acceptable.
